Here’s how it works. We handle the order taking, the payment processing, product purchasing, apparel decorating, shipping, and tracking with an online apparel store. You receive a check for your profits on a regular basis and we only keep the blank garment cost, decoration charge, & 10% of the whole transaction.

Embroidery
For embroidery, as long as you provide a .dst embroidery file, we charge a flat decoration fee, based on the number of stitches.
Maybe an example would help:
For instance, if your customer were to order a K500 with their 5,000 stitch company logo on the left chest, and we were to sell them for $25, plus $5 shipping, plus 9% tax for a total of $32.70,
We’d take out:
-$2.70 for tax
-$5 for shipping
-$7.49 for blank polo
-$5 for decoration
-$3.27 for the transaction
Leaving you with a $9.24 profit on an order you never had to touch!
Setup:
There’d be no up-front cost unless we had to send the company logo off to be digitized because you did not provide a .dst file.
Risks:
There are really no noteworthy risks involved in having us setup an online store with embroidery items to be purchased by your customers!
Screen Printing
Say you’re selling a $15 T-Shirt to employees within your customer’s organization, spread out between different offices across your state. We add $5 for shipping, and charge your customer’s local tax rate of 8.5% for a total of $21.70
We take out:
-$1.70 for tax
-$5 for shipping
-$2.50 for blank T-Shirt
-$2.74 for decoration
-$2.17 for transaction
Leaving a $7.59 profit on an order you never had to touch.
Setup:
Since we use heat applied screen printing in order to print these shirts 1-at-a-time (bi-passing our normal 12 piece minimum), we’d charge an up-front $40 for the pre-printing and storage of 75 of each 1-color design, for a total of $80 front & back. This is so we have them on hand and can print and ship your customer’s order as quickly as possible. (Included as a portion of the per shirt decoration calculations above).
Risks:
The risk you should consider when offering screen printed items is the up front cost of the heat applied screen printing. If you pay for the design to be printed, but the customer doesn’t purchase them, we end up with graphics we can’t use, and you end up out whatever your setup cost was.
